  Jason Rutland and his team, particularly Aja Mangum, set a new standard for us in terms of both new mortgage and refinancing. They provided us with information and recommendations on the best terms for us despite it costing them extra profit. Jason took time to explain to us some mundane, yet necessary details, about the various steps and charges associated with our mortgage, and now our ReFi two years after the original mortgage, which helped us understand what we were getting into and make a cost-benefit analysis of our refinance decision. On top of Premiere Home Funding's excellent service while an active client, Jason also publishes free-for-all information about the mortgage industry that can help people decide when and if they are ready to sell, buy, move, or stay put in their current home. These are our go-to people.
