I had a new watch that needed links taken out because my wrist is so small - when I offered to pay I was only requested to leave a good review. I can't say enough about the amazing customer service they provided. They were very friendly, and wonderful to work with making sure my new watch fit. The store was clean and organized and had great music while I waited. Thumbs up and 10 stars!

They low ball you on everything!! They see you have something valuable, and your in need of the cash, and they completely take you for it at an extremely low price knowing they are going to make 3x what they have got for it.

I went in to sell my ROSE GOLD ring, the lady told me that it was plated and they could not take it. I went to 2 pawn shops before this one and one after and the 3 of them preformed all the same test as premier jewelry did and said that my ring was definitely not plated, that is was real gold. Really don’t think they know what they are doing.
