  I struggled with the home buying process for a few months. I had tried with one location in another state and it fell through. Then when I had the courage to try again at buying a home, I was handed over the the wonderful people of Premier Lending Alliance, LLC. I worked with a lender by the name of Kris, and she was very understanding, professional, and diligent in getting my loan to go through and her focus was to get me the house of my dreams that I could afford. There were many ups and downs and tears shed along the way. When I was frustrated to tears and about to give up- she had ideas to work through the road blocks and I came out victorious. The whole team was very helpful and worked with me to help me reach my goals. We had a deadline of closing and they worked very hard to keep on track. I have told everyone I cross paths with that is looking to buy a house just how wonderful my process was and I owe it all to Premier Lending Alliance. IF you are wanting to take the jump into home ownership- this is your best and most important step- reach out to them and they will figure out your specific plan that best meets your needs to give you your dream home. I cannot thank them enough. I don't even know all of the people who worked on my file- but they are forever going to be someone I am grateful for!

  Thanks to Kris Fish Kuhlman, our experience with Premier Lending was about as fantastic as a mortgage purchasing experience (glamorous, I know) could possibly be. Kris was SO thorough, patient, warm and caring throughout the entire process of purchasing our home (and helped us with so many questions and attempts to purchase several others before we finally found the right home) - I told her so many times that we couldn’t have been blessed with a better mortgage loan officer, and at this point, she’s more like a friend/family! Thank you, Kris, you’re a gem! 💎 ✨
