  The Premier team and the experience that they offer for their clients is truly world-class. They make every step of the complex home-buying and loan process a breeze. The knowledgeable staff is responsive and patient and the tools and technology that the team uses makes for a seamless experience.   Told people not to pull my credit they did it anyway. IF could give them less stars I would be cautious very dishonest company

  Several times Ms McCall, our lender, was given information that was accurate and from the Veteran’s Affairs via myself, a previous homeowner, and she would attempt to refute the information, only to later find out that information I provided her was in fact accurate. She lacks transparency. She would make statements reflecting numbers such as the closing costs and so forth, only for us to find out later that her previous statements were inaccurate. Her communication with us on vital information was subpar. She stopped communicating with me on the last week heading into closing and I’d have to get my information from my fiancé. Ms McCall was ineffective and incompetent as our lender. She couldn’t recall at one point how much Earnest Money we had given and later blamed the mishap on her clients, us. I would not recommend her services to other personnel. This was my 3rd home buying process, but by far the WORST. She is unprofessional and I hope for her benefit and the company she works for, she acquires the retraining I believe she needs.
