  This is a review of PMCU overall and not any particular location (however, this is the location I visited, so they get the review). I will do everything in my power to avoid using this credit union for the foreseeable future. I used them to finance a vehicle (the dealership chose them, not me), and therefore I had an account opened up for that purpose. I feel like they can't get over the fact that people want to use technology to do their banking now. Every interaction with them (aside from the automated monthly payments, thankfully...hence the two stars instead of one) was significantly more difficult than it needed to be. The most painful interactions involved the website or app, both of which are horribly designed. Seriously, hire a new web dev or contract it out, because even something as simple as finding account numbers was an absolute chore. The few times I had to go into this location were almost as painful, as I waited 45 minutes with only 3 people in line in front of me. The people I spoke to were friendly for the most part, but they were severely understaffed and overworked. The process of selling my car was a nightmare, as four different agents told me four different processes, and I ended up having to just come in to do it in person, even though the closest branch is 45 minutes from me. When it came time to close my account after I paid off the car (to avoid the recurring $5 account maintenance fee), I couldn't even procure a simple email verifying account closure. I asked if there was any way at all they could just send me an email just stating that it was closed, on the off chance something went wrong, so I could contest any fees that crop up. Nope. So I'm just kind of hoping they did it right, despite all previous signs to the contrary. I know this probably sounds a bit harsh, and I don't mean for it to be an attack to any of the branch employees, but management needs to make some major changes to both in-person staffing and, more importantly, the technology experience, before I'd ever consider their business again.
