  My husband and i have been working with Tiffany Pisaneschi after deciding to switch lenders at the last minute and it was the best decision we ever made. Tiffany has been so wonderful, she has gone out of her way to provide us with absolutely amazing service! She's quick to respond and so knowledgeable at what she does.   I can't say enough about our very positive experience with Diane Roh and Premier Mortgage ! We had been watching the Denver area real estate market for several months. As funds became available for a down payment on a townhouse we began to wonder who to choose for a mortgage underwriter. Should we stay local in Pueblo or go with a Denver firm. Since this would be a long distance purchase who could service us better? I am really glad we crossed paths with Diane. We closed on a two bedroom townhouse last week in Denver. Throughout the whole process Diane was right there with us from the loan application all the way through loan underwriting and closing prep. Diane produced loan scenarios for every request at different down payments for different properties with out hesitation. She answered every question we came up with quickly and accurately . She was always available...even after hours ! Diane kept us on track to close on time and without a hitch. You know what they say...Go with a PRO! We know we did!
