Again, one million thanks for making my dream come true. I will for sure talk about your service, professionalism, and knowledge about the business with many friends.   My realtor referred me to Mike's team to secure a loan for my Mom's home. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. I primarily worked with Mike Diffee and Karen Hornsby. They held our hands through the entire process. They are very knowledgeable and kind and were very patient with us. This could have been a very difficult and stressful process - but they helped to make it as painless as possible. I am very grateful to the two of them.

  Premier Mortgage literally saved my life and my house. If you think I'm being dramatic, keep reading: I was searching for a home for about 6-7 months before I met Mike from Premier Mortgage. At the time, I had an approval letter from a not-so-great-at-all lender and found the house that I wanted. I already had my approval letter with the not-so-great-at-all lender so I went under contract for said house. That's when the lender refused to reach out to me for 2 weeks... that's when I found out they could no longer process my loan. I immediately started looking for another lender/broker and by a stroke of luck was put into contact with Mike from Premier Mortgage. I explained to him my complex and timely situation and he was completely transparent with me. Him and Leslie made the entire situation easy to understand. They walked me through every step like I was their child and moved so quickly. I had a new approval letter before I knew it. Michael is so very resourceful and knows how to get the job done. He'll tell you from the start if he thinks you're a good fit and if he believes you are, you better believe it as well. Leslie is the queen of getting things done, she probably knows me about me than I do at this point, in the best way possible. She's very patient and will make sure you know exactly what you need. Karen is always there for support, with a friendly demeanor. Premier Mortgage quite literally saved me and my family from being homeless because of the negligence and lack of knowledge of another so-called lender/broker. I'll be recommending all of my friends/co-workers to Premier Mortgage as well as be using them in the future.
