  When I decided to relocate to Fairmont and buy a home, a family member recommended I reach out to Robert Glowacky for all my home buying needs. I am soo glad I did! As a first time home buyer, I wasnt sure what to expect or really understood how the process works. Robert was wonderful to work with! He helped me every step of the way, thoroughly explaining how things work, what the next step is and answering ALL my questions. He really made my first home buying experience a great one. Highly recommend, he will do you right!!

  We did not use Premier mortgage, but our buyers did and it was an unpleasant and stressful experience. Courtney Cooper was their loan officer and the entire transaction was extremely unprofessional. Everything was fine until close to closing. Our original closing date (May 2) got pushed back (which is common right now and not a big deal), due to underwriters needing more paperwork. Our new closing date (May 12) comes, and we have to do a dry closing due to their loan still missing paperwork. We find out the morning of the dry closing from the other agent, that our buyers submitted the missing paperwork May 3, and those papers were “misplaced” for 9 days. We were assured by Premier that this was a mistake and their loan was being pushed to the top of the list for urgency. Now this whole time, we are under contract on a new house, out of state, with a contingency on the sale of this house. Because of the misplaced paperwork and dry closing, we have to push back our closing date on our new house and moving out of state. Our new closing date for the out of state house was May 20, and going past this date would put us in jeopardy of losing the house, and ultimately being homeless. So between May 12 and May 20…we wait. Every day we call our realtor, who calls the other agent, who calls the lender, and no one ever has an answer. The lack of communication from the lender got to be so unacceptable that not only did our agent start calling Courtney directly, but we also started calling him and the other co-owner of the company to get some answers. Courtney never answered, but we did get ahold of Jonathon Cooper who assured us he would do some digging. May 18 comes…still nothing. May 19 comes, and at noon we start making panic induced phone calls about our new out of state house and preparing ourselves to beg the sellers to extend the contract. At 4:30 PM, on May 19, the day before our contract is up….our buyers received the clear to close. We were thrilled, but we had already called and cancelled our closing in the new state, contacted family members who had taken time off to help us move, and cancelled U-haul reservations. So once again, we had to rearrange our entire lives around and make yet another new set of plans due to the incompetency of Courtney Cooper and Premier mortgage. In conclusion, if you’ve made it this far, avoid Courtney Cooper and Premier mortgage if you want a stress free experience. This transaction was unnecessarily complicated, and the lack of communication was unacceptable.
