      Tried online mortgage which was a nightmare, so I called Premier Mortgage and they were awesome from start to finish. Jim walked me through the whole process and kept in constant communication as well as reaching out to insurance company and chasing anything that was needed. Couldn’t have gone any smoother. Stay local.

      We loved working with Shawn Leimbek at Premier Mortgage of Rochester and Jon Espy at Infinity Real Estate for our house buying process. When going into this process as a first time home buyer, I had no idea how much work it would take to get a mortgage set up. I also had no clue that Shawn would be the most wonderful asset on our team, working tirelessly to ensure that we could be in our home without a thing holding us back. Shawn was an advocate for us 100% of the journey, always taking my calls and answering questions which were probably common sense to most people. He was very responsive and able to explain things in a way I could understand.       I stopped in to get information on purchasing a home twice now. Once with Jim and once with the owner. Man! Let me tell you.... this team is amazing. I’ve never bought a home before and was completely clueless on the process. I left with a plethora of information, felt confident and didn’t even feel the slightest bit of pressure of being sold. It’s a local business what I love. Both of them spent a lot of time with me helping me out without hesitation. I look forward to working with this team. Easily the scariest financial decision I’ve encountered and they took the fear away and you can’t put a price on it.
