      Fred is very knowledgeable about the rates and is very helpful thought the whole process no matter what you are doing. Ie new home loan, refi, etc. He will work to ensure you get the best rates possible and have all the information up front. He also goes out of his way to keep you posted if rates drop and you want to consider lowering your rates. We have worked with Fred over the past five years and give him a đź’Ż! Some companies say they can get you a lower interest rate, but don't tell you you are paying for that lower rate. Fred does not do that. If he can't get you a lower rate he will tell you what the rates are. So glad to work with him. Completely recommend!!! We still recommend. He makes whatever you are doing as simple as possible. He is informative and helpful. We appreciate all his hard work. -updated 9/30/2021

      Paul and his team were really nice to work with. We had to get a little creative to make our home purchase work, and Paul was key to figuring out how all the pieces fit together. His team was great at answering questions and reaching out when they needed info from us. We'd definitely work with them again.
