Philip was extremely helpful in clarifying the mortgage process especially for someone like myself who comes from a different country with different terms and processes. He has a team of helpers who deal with the nitty gritty and financial specifics. My only regret was not having knowledge beforehand of how to use 401k funds for the deposit but ultimately after some discussion, it was better tax wise and financially to leave my 401k alone. We are in a stressful time financially, what with inflation, rising loan interest rates and a super-heated housing market, so having Philip and his team's guidance is invaluable. In the end, the process was much easier and dare I say it, less expensive that I imagined it would be.
