  I was in a really bad situation after my mom passed away and i reached out to Premier One. I got Nicki Lancaster. She was AMAZING! saved my home and walked me through every single question and detail. Followed up weekly and even after my 3rd trial payment was done, continued to help me. every single penny that was spent on this company was worth it. To have someone so diligent in their job is very far fetched and i am truly happy that i was able to get someone who was/is. From a distance you make a friend and i wouldnt change a thing! If you need help, reach out to Nicki and you will see that its not the end of the road for you!

  I just want everyone to know how fabulous Nicki and her team are. Nicki did not know me but she knew my situation. She was a total stranger willing to explain all of our options and in great detail. She is very knowledgeable and patient. No question is to big or to small. She gets back with you right away. Which is very helpful and comforting when you are in a stressful financial situation. I can not praise her enough. I feel that I am truly blessed for her kindness and her help. I feel I have gained a friend from this experience. And the biggest perk of all is that Nicki worked very hard to keep us in our home and at an affordable mortgage payment. Thank you everybody at P remier One Morgage! You truly helped us find a solution that fit out needs.

  We received a letter in the mail about three months ago offering assistance. I was highly skeptical but for some reason, I made the call. We were put in touch with Nicki and she spent a ton of time understanding our obligations and needs - really getting to know us and our goals in the process. She then spent a few weeks reviewing our finances, our current loan and every option she could find available to us and then proposed a few options. She communicated promptly, truthfully and showed sincere compassion for our difficulties and at every opportunity helped us find a way around obstacles. She and Stephen (our underwriter) were trustworthy, determined, knowledgeable, and thorough to find us the best deal possible. They exceeded our expectations in every way and we couldn't be more thankful for their help in staying in our home.
