  Norma Pulido is our go-to Mobile Notary for all document signings done outside our Escrow Company’s office. She constantly returns executed Loan Document packages without error. We can trust Norma’s complete knowledge of notary signing procedures in situations requiring an experienced, professional, seasoned Notary Public who knows the ends and outs of California State Notary laws and procedures. She is always there when we need her to meet our client’s appointment needs, early morning, during the day, and after hours, and is always able to deliver same-day signed documents to our office making it possible to meet sensitive timelines that our industry requires. We cannot recommend Norma Pulido’s Notary services enough!
