  Not sent me the closing estimate. As a customer, I had continuously asked for closing estimates. Still had wrong information until closing time, asked them and corrected, but they still sent money with incorrect amount. Suggest to stay away from this company to save yourself from troubles.

  Hello Mr. Zhu, I'm very sorry for your experience with our company. As we were in the middle of changing our software system new and better system, we sent out your requested CD late. Your closing was delay by the parties' agreement. But you requested that no automatic adjustments be made on your side for the delay. Our records show that the amount in question was $1.33. As we could not change those figures without changing the same amount to the buyer, we could not adjust $1.33 to CD at that time. We acknowledged your $1.33 request at that time without getting consent from the buyer because the amount so minimal. And we are sending a check for $1.33.
