  Have been to the premier bank at the pick ‘n save location multiple times for a change order I called in before hand so that when I get there it is ready. when I get to the counter and ask for the change order that I called in ahead of time the person at the counter is usually on their phone, doing their make up, or some thing else doodling while my change order has not even been started this is a regular occurrence and plain and simple it’s unprofessional and unacceptable. The staff can tend to be short and rude. The manager of the branch is very nice and respectful but her staff needs to be better trained. Dakota is usual occurrence with the issue. Been in customer service my entire career and this is unacceptable behavior.

  Today i went to the bank at pick n save in fort atkinson to cash a check. My cousin has an account there so i signed my check over to him and the cashier would not accept my wi i.d.card because it was broken and all number weren't visible, understandable. However ,i had my tribal id and she wouldnt accept that either! According to 2017 senate bill 488, my tribal i.d. is an "official i.d. for purchase of alcohol and tobaccoo, etc." The cashier was rude and ignorant to the state laws of what is an acceptable i.d Therefore, i will no longer use this bank for anurhibg. Im very upset and more ipset because ibreally needed this money tkday. Ive cashed checks there in the past without i.d.

  Dear Mr. Wilson, We appreciate you sharing your experience and want to apologize for the stress this caused you. Currently Tribal Identification cards are not listed in our policy as an acceptable form of identification for check cashing purposes. Our Compliance Department has been made aware of the situation and will be reviewing how to address Tribal Identification cards going forward. We thank you for bringing this to our attention as we don’t wish to make any transaction difficult.
