      I made a review a year ago and gave one(1) star due to poor customer service. This was due to my standing in line where two customer service staff were counting a lot of coins for a customer. None of them tried to get assistance or even tell myself and another person waiting in line that someone will help us soon. Since that time, I have gone back several times and customer service has been great. If the staff is busy, all it takes is someone to acknowledge and inform those standing in line that we will be helped shortly.

      Roshni, Karan and Jacob are some of the friendliest, most helpful member service reps I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. This is one of the most customer-service oriented credit unions in the Bay Area. Stay away from the big banks - come to a bank that actually values your membership. Highly recommend premierone credit union!

      I finally found an ATM that is partnered with Navy Federal Credit Union. I am able to deposit cash and checks into my NFCU account using the PremierOne ATM. Thank you for this partnership.
