      I've done many deals with this company and I call the hell out of them during my deals to get progress updates, status, updates and they are always in communication whether it's good news or some sort of hold up BUT every deal closes without headache.

      I have completed two loans with Premium Mortgage, first was a purchase and then a year later, a refinance. You will not find a bank, lender or credit union that offers better rates with lower closing costs... And great customer service / experience.

      I am a first time Home Buyer and just recently worked with Neil Shapiro from Premium Mortgage and I must say it was the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. The worst part about the entire process is when I found another Mortgage Lender, Neil decided to burn me out of a $600 inspection. I would not recommend Premium Mortgage for ANYONE and especially not First time Home Buyers.
