This is a review of Presidential Bank in general, not necessarily this branch. I absolutely love my bank, which is a weird thing to say. I've never had to wait on the phone more than a few minutes, and I love that their customer service center is open until 10pm. Their high yield interest checking offers one of the most competitive rates in the country, and I like that I get reimbursed when I use any ATM. Overall, I'm really happy with this bank.

Good branch personnel, low interest on deposits,, poor phone service. We've been banking here for over 2 decades and have witnessed the degradation of phone service and the absolute bottoming out of interest paid on checking and savings. They seem to charge fees on everything. Only saving grace is service at Tysons branch.

I have banked here for many years. Never had any problems. They just installed a new ATM and it looks pretty fancy. Also they keep a nicely stocked candy bowl next to the deposit slips and the branch is located right next to a Starbucks.
