My experience has been the complete opposite of all the bad reviewers. When I first purchased my vehicle in 2019, I was grateful to have received financing as I was in a rough patch financially. I have since fully recovered and along the way made every single payment on time via auto-pay so hadn't really had the need for customer service. The interest reduction program was phenomenal and helped save a lot of money over time. Now that my vehicle has been paid off last week, I've been stalking the site for updates LOL I'd do business with Prestige again, if they'd have me 🤭

Company is a mess and they try to talk to you like they’re better than you. Meanwhile; I’ll respond the same way they do then they get professional. I’m refinancing my vehicle with a BETTER COMPANY.
