      Amazing company. I close loans for them and they are so good at what they do, and have so much integrity. I’m an independent contractor so I work with a lot of companies, and get to choose with whom I work... and Prestige is far and away one of the best organizations I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Annette in particular is a terrific processor; she always goes the extra mile. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

      I used Prestige Title at my realtor’s suggestion for a house purchase in Dec 2019. They took taxes from me at closing and then miscalculated what they sent the county. I learn this when I get a past due notice with a $350 penalty from the county. I bring this to Prestige, and they say they will take care of it. Fine. Except months later I get notices about my credit score dropping, so I look into it and . . Prestige Title had not taken care of it AT ALL and now more interest was due on ‘past due’ tax bill they caused. If that seems not so bad, I also opted for the ‘enhanced’ title insurance from them at extra cost. I get the policy in the mail, and they had disclaimed most of the enhancements they charged me extra for!! Never again Prestige for me.
