  I can not say enough about both Melynda and Danielle with Prestigio. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and were quick to get back to me when I had questions/concerns. Melynda went above and beyond to do whatever she could to help with the sale of my home. She was by my side from beginning to end. She made this process less stressful and made sure I understood everything that was happening. They are an amazing team and one I will tell everyone I know about when it comes to buying/selling a home!

  I can't say enough about how amazing our recent transaction with Prestigio was. Luke and his team have done a great job of several transactions for us, but our recent home purchase was a "double home run" of sorts from he and his great team. Luke was able to get us secured on an amazing property that fitted our family's needs in a very competitive situation (Even when we didn't have the most enticing offer the buyer received!) We got the property of our dreams secured, and to go even farther above and beyond, Luke was able to help us by putting that property in escrow under his investment firm, until we were able to bring our current property to market and get it sold. Without Luke and his team, we would not have been able to secure this property. He was able to come through for us BIG TIME first with the initial work to get us under contract, and then again by making sure we were able to get into the property we so desperately wanted. Thank you guys for all you've done for us, We truly appreciate you.

  We just sold our second house with Prestigio. Both houses sold over asking price thanks to Prestigio's amazing negotiating skills and unrivaled expertise. Luke, Katie, Melynda and Danielle are all so responsive and knowledgeable. They come right along side the client to navigate the whole process. Cannot thank the whole team enough for all the help and guidance. We have also purchased 2 houses with their help and look forward to buying/selling with Prestigio again. Highly recommend!
