      Lou Ranieri is Selene Finance and Pretium Partners. Completely disgusting and evil history of stealing homes with their friends at Chase bank. Responsible for developing the derivative market to slice and dice mortgages and sell them off 5 and 6 times over to unsuspecting investment funds destroying the integrity of our housing market. Ranieri, who calls himself a devout Catholic, is rearing his ugly head again now developing a legal division to further fight against innocent citizens in the courts. Despicable. Absolute disgrace.
