      To say Prima Title was good or great would be an understatement. At closing everything went super smooth. Afterwards I had one minor issue. I called Prima Title, immediately got transfer to the person that could help. He quickly told me how we were going to solve the issue, executed and in few days everything was fixed. I did not have to call back or check in to see if everything was getting fixed, it was just fixed with out any concerns

      This company closed on a refi for me and payed all of the taxes to only of appropriate tax collectors for my home. It has been almost 4 months and they still have not corrected the problem. I had to pay almost $6,000 out of my own pocket to keep my home from going into a lien and now I am still waiting to get reimbursed from this company. Do not let your lender use this title company. I have tried with everyone here and unsuccessful to far at getting my money back.

      Jorge was great. He was knowledgeable and told me exactly what I needed to do to resolve the situation. He gave me step by step instructions. Made it very easy to pay the closing costs and was really nice to me.
