  There is nothing that she could do because there were just too many issues during the homebuying and closing process. She answered every question we had during the home buying process. In the end we were able to purchase a home that we can enjoy. Thanks Jennifer!

  If there were a zero star option that's what I would give! I am a first time home buyer and was initially put in touch with Jessica Humphrey. She was helpful at first but they did not lock in my rate, and and the last couple of weeks I was with them I got absolutely no response from anyone. She sent me final disclosures $16,000 closing cost at a 6.25%. They are the most absolute unprofessional group of people. They use low credit scores and take advantage of 1st time home buyers to try to screw them around. Do not use this group! horrible and unprofessional and they should not be in business! I switched to AmCap and they had me closed in less than 30 days. Beware of this company!

  My experience with Ms. Miranda Dailey was amazing! She was very professional and knowledgeable! Even better, Ms. Dailey genuinely cares about her clients! She was more than kind and helpful!! We could not have been blessed with a better loan officer!!!
