      We recently worked with Teresa at PRMI to quickly close our mortgage after working with another agent for over 4 months.       The experience should be 5 Stars and was until the Appraiser would not live up to expectations SHE set regarding the delivery of the appraisal. She said she would do it on a Monday afternoon, then she said Tuesday mid day then she said Tuesday by the end of the day. That she did, but sooo late that our closing was pushed to the next week after we had already made moving arrangements. Prime Residential is great!
