  Mr John Scapin is an exceptional Production Manager and Loan Officer, and it was our extreme pleasure to have had the privilege to work with him every step of the home purchasing process. I am USAF/military veteran, and after 30 years of service, moving and deploying all around the world, my wife and were finally ready to retire, downsize and move back home to Florida. Mr Scapin was first introduced to us by our very first realtor in Pensacola Florida nearly a year ago. And for the next year, John stuck by us every frustrating step of the way as we endured a hot sellers' market, and journey that would take us from Pensacola in the panhandle, all the way southeast to Daytona, back west to Cedar Key, down the coast to Homosassa and ultimately back up to Inglis Florida. And despite having several homes slipping away from under us due to one reason or another (cash or highest-bidder offer, unfavorable home inspection), we were finally able to secure a lake house that we fell in love with. And through it all, John was still right there ready, willing, and able to guide us through the complex world of closing on our home.
