  Greg was recommended to me by my sister( Amanda Beatty), who he previously helped throughout her loan process. When she was going through the loan / home buying process she spoke highly of him and how helpful he was. When it was time for my husband and I to start the process I got his information from her and gave him a call. Right from the beginning he was incredibly personable and informative. We weren't sure if it was even possible for us to start the loan process financially and he walked us through it step by step. Thankfully, we were in fact ready to start the process! Throughout the experience there were a few unexpected issues due to the housing market but Greg talked us through it and reassured us that it was going to work out. He let us know our options and answered all of our questions - explaining everything things as many times as needed. Despite the known stress and frustration associated with the loan process it felt easy. I think that feeling of ease is due to how personable & knowledgeable Greg was. We felt as though we were going through this process with an old friend, someone who cared about our lives and the outcome of this loan. I will definitely recommend everyone I know to Greg & Primary Residential Mortgage.

  Greg was very responsive and explained everything in plain English. Buying a home for the first time was a stressful and he helped us to relax. He was always willing to talk directly to us if we had any question. Thanks Greg for all you did for us!
