This company does not care about you as a customer. Customer service is not a priority for this company. How they sleep at night is beyond me. I simply ignore their calls, and make my payments until I'm in a position to either re-finance, or get another vehicle.

You guys may have a lawsuit on your hands! I have a single mom here with 4 kids that you are garnishing her wages for a car that was part of the class action law suit against Wells Fargo! You guys got your money back from Wells Fargo plus her money she paid in and you are having a collection agency garnish her wages for $400.00 a month!!
