  Just moved in across into the area last week. Our first night, we were exhausted from the move and ready for bed when we realized that there was an LED sign outside of this bank illuminating our bedroom and making it hard to go to sleep. The next day, we went into the bank to see if we could negotiate a better schedule for the lights – not expecting much to be done. Not only was the manager friendly, personable, and understanding but he went out of his way that same day to change the LED light timers to more reasonable times. I would have never expected a business to be so accommodating to non-customers just out of sheer courtesy. This is clearly a bank you can trust!

  Amazing! Everyone is super friendly and easy to work with. If you're like me, you're used to the cold status quo provided by most financial institutions - it's truly refreshing to finally work with a bank that cares for their patrons and their community. Couldn't recommend these guys more.

  The advertising sign at this bank is on 24/7. Here we are at home, pulling together to help during the virus and this bank again has their sign on full power at night. How about this- take one for the team and just turn off your sign for now. Your bank isn't even open, what do you need to advertise??? A perfect example of the absurdity of business. The nation has all but shut down, but this sign is on full blast. Why? Who knows really. No one is driving by from 10pm-8am in need of your banking services, and no one is stopping by because of the sign during a pandemic.

  Hi TD, we recently had to reset our sign due to a program update and the set schedule was lost. This has now been updated and shouldn't be a problem in the future. Thank you for letting us know. Update: Hi TD, our sign is still programmed to be off from 9 pm to 5 am as we mentioned before when we fixed our programming. The Bank is still open, but our lobby is closed. We've done our best to help our neighbors and customers, and hope you and your family are doing well during this difficult time.
