  2 stars for Mr. ED cause he always has been patient with me....but the company itself is terrible . They give no explanations, they just do what they want to do ... I'm not even going to get into what I've been through with them as a company .. one thing I do want to say though ... If ya pay ya bills on time , you won't have TOO MANY issues with them.

  Wish i would have read the reviews before i put a down payment on a vehicle there. 3500 down then you go in this room to listen at a recording of the contract then taken back to another room to sign your initials on the contract(happens so fast)now im being told i owe 200 dollars a week for 3 weeks then my monthly payment. When I call i can never get a "supervisor" its always the same guy saying there is nothing he can do for me. Even when i insist on talking to his supervisor he tells me "oh she will contact you at her earliest convenience. They are a scam and i believe he is the only one there.

  They made the payments every 2 weeks so if you miss two payments they repo your car . I bought a car through them in may and they repo my car 3 times and 1 of the times was because I didn't send them a picture of the payment that I made on time and made me pay 1900 been trying to talk to a manager and theres nobody to talk to and they say that don't have an office that I can visit to resolve this matter and I paid 1036 se second time . The first time ir was their mistake and I just had a sorry and plus everytime they took my car they broke something in my car and nothing happens because they don't know if the car was like that or not they stole property in my car and no answer to my email. I think this is fraud what you think???
