  Sergio and Ella from Prime Home Loans were absolutely amazing to work with. They made the stressful processes A LOT less stressful. They were always available to answer my questions and provide all the information I needed. I will absolutely be coming back to them when for my next home purchase/refinance. They are the best and I highly recommend them.

  Update: as you see he responded. The messages were never returned along with emails. I understand you’re helping your community in Watsonville but this house is open to all of qualifying Santa Cruz county residents. It also seems to be a first come first serve basis which isn’t fair if calls and emails are not being returned. I’m also not the only one that tried to get ahold of you. 2 other people also called and left messages with the same response from your receptionist with zero return call. Also, I contacted you regarding a house when it was newly listed. My review is a hundred percent true and accurate from MY experience. ///// You can’t even get ahold of Sergio if you wanted to. His office says “he’s with a client” every time. No return call back. Email him. No return email. I’m starting to think he is trying to get people he knows into the measure j homes so he doesn’t return calls to others.

  I apologize if you were led to believe that I was going to return your call. Your message was forwarded to the person in my office who is handling the unit you are calling on. That unit has been in contract and has not been available in over a month. We have asked the county to remove it from their site. Measure J homes in Santa Cruz County rarely come up and this particular unit is one of only 2 Measure J homes I have worked on in the last 20 years. I've been in Watsonville helping my community for 20 years now. I'm a local business owner who truly and genuinely cares for people. Your comments are both untrue and hurtful.   I recently financed my second home with Sergio and Ella. Both times they figured out what worked best for my situation and successfully funded both homes. I can not say enough about how amazingly helpful and considerate they are. If I ever buy another house, I will definitely go through PHL, they’re the best!
