      Called, got a response, told what ib was looking for, she was to show me next day, I had gone by locations, beautiful places,,,But who can afford $1.350.00 a month no utilities, for a room ??? I was dumbfounded, too day the least, I'm a landlord, I charge 1250 a month for a 3 bedroom,,, so I'm being robbed, or not keeping up with the times? 2nd place same 1200 w/ utilities Studio? Sorry. But ever happened to 600 --700studio, 800 to 900 1 bed, ?? I mean come on ppl. We're in a pandemic, we haven't worked in 18 mths? So seriously, come down from MARS, LOWER THE RENT, FOR THE FIRST YEAR, then go up slowly, or you only want certain types of ppl, I get that, I personally, just want a clean place.roof over my head, that I can afford and live comfortably, not day to day, scraping up to pay, that's not living, think about who you want in you place, and charge accordingly, kids will destroy it, middle age of course will be better, but a senior will respect it,take care of it, I'm talking 50 plus
