      Not sure about the negative reviews on this bank; they offer several great programs including interest on checking accounts. Who does that anymore? After banking for years with BOA, where they CHARGE you to have a checking account if it drops below a certain (high) balance, this is quite refreshing. I have received stellar service there, even calling in for a transfer between accounts when I didn't have cell service.

      We told the teller we would like to open accounts. She didnt smile, just told us to wait on another person when she got off the phone. We sat down facing the person on the phone. She finished her business and then got up and walked right past us. We left and took our business elsewhere.
