  Worse customer service! Thankfully I only had to use this bank briefly for my job. I finally convinced them to switch to a much friendly and faster bank. Every time I came to this branch I had to wait 10-25 minutes just for a deposit slip. Multiple times they waited on every other car in the regular lines before assisting the suppose to be commercial lines. However regular customer would also go through the commercial line and want to chit chat. That would be fine but the point of the commercial line is that most of us are on a time limit. We only have so much time to get to the bank and back be for the business it supposed to open to the public. Now I will say that one young lady that works in the drive thru line was very fast, efficient, and super friendly. On top of the long waits in line that would wrap out to the street, at least once if not twice a week they would mess the deposit up and I would have to travel back out there again to pick up a corrected slip. Never once did I get I’m sorry, more like I was blamed for pointing out their mistake. I do not recommend this branch. If you can visit the one in Blackshear wayyyyyyy better!
