Incredibly upset with Primeway. I have been a customer for 7 years and have used their after hours members service multiple times. Well my debit card stopped working today and I found out they no longer have a number to call after hours so there is no way for me to access my money. I will be leaving primeway because of this and pulling all of my money out of my account tomorrow.

Hi Andrew. If you call 713-799-6200 and press option 2, you get the after hours debit card option. Then, option 2 again. I pressed zero and spoke to an operator. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
