  I would like to Say Thank you so much to Leanna and her Team they turned a small Nightmare into a Dream for my Family , I worked with another lender and they were able to close in the timeframe we need and they passed the loan to her and she worked it with no hassle , I have the upmost respect for her hard work and the lender that was willing to give up a sale to make it possible for my family to have a dream home if they could both get a million stars I would give it . They both went above and beyond for us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  This is absolutely the worst place to do business with! I did not choose this company my bank changed ownership and sold my loan to these company! I paid off my loan because they never sent me statements, never recognized me as a customer, etc. They just kept saying we don't really have your loan info but you can make payments to us. Um, no, not if it's not going to post to an actual account!! Then I pay it off and still no release of lien. It's been 2 months! The girls who answer the phones are very nice but you can tell they are scared cuz they know you are gonna be upset and they start getting nervous when you start asking questions they can't answer!

  If I could give this lender negative stars I would! Leanna and Yesenia are very unprofessional and do not abide by an orderly manner to begin the process of a loan! They waste your time and money!
