  I just want to say I always have great experiences with Sonabank in New Kent. Barbara and the rest of the team has always treated me with high quality and the best respect! They are very knowledgeable and very well driven with their work. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone. They are sufficient and have good customer service!

  I have delt with the same branch bank in Mechanicsville for over 12 years. They used to be really good back in the day but lately they give me the feeling that they could care less about the customer and only about their polices and very weak chain of command. At this time I would not recommend this bank and especially not this branch. It's sad but very true. What happened to caring about your customers and doing right by your customers?
