      I have been to this location a few times and never had a problem at first until I went in for a transaction for my fiancé (at the time) and the staff (aka a family member or whomever she was) decided to tell his family I was trying to take all of his money. Sona Bank should be careful with who they hire. I can see from the other review that I’m not the only one who has had a problems with rude workers.

      Great customer service should always be expected when going to a bank. No one should ever feel less than when calling their home branch. My experience with this branch has typically been amazing - no issues very sweet personnel with the exception of a bank teller named Erin. Her customer skills are terrible, she is a very rude individual. Her customer service skills need to be refreshed or she should just find a profession that approves of her unpleasant attitude.
