  Tim Gray was extremely attentive and helpful during the whole process. He went above and beyond to look out for our best interests and secure us the best rate. He answered all of our questions clearly and was quick and responsive. Princeton financial's secure links and upload portals made me feel good about their handling of sensitive personal information.

  We had a fantastic experience with Princeton Financial in purchasing our home. This was our third move and the prior two times faced issues with lack of attention, false promises, and overall poor performance. Gayle Thomas and Princeton Financial completely reversed that trend. They provided a fantastic rate, locked it in, and overall provided a responsive level of service. There was a level of care that was not present in the prior purchases. We felt like more than just a number to them and, importantly, the level of care did not drop off after we had committed to them. Even well after the closing we had a question on the mortgage and Gayle was again very responsive. I strongly recommend Gayle and her team.

  On my second loan with Princeton Financial and they are incredible. They are very communicative, attentive and detail-oriented through the entire process. Even now, when the mortgage industry is as busy as it's ever been, they're working day and night to make sure we hit all of our deadlines amidst the longer SLAs. Thanks to them we've locked in a great rate and have been able to properly prepare for closing, eliminating a lot of questions and stress. I can't recommend them enough.
