  The male owner was very rude didnt want to hear what i had to say most likely because of my skin tone , i will never be driving to this so called pawn shop ever again , so rude and no help at all

  Never ever buy anything from Priorityone Pawn!! That place is owned by someone who does not know how to run a good business. He hides behind his employees and does not honor what he tells you. They have a no return policy that they don't tell you about until after you purchase something. We bought a PS3 for my bf 8yr old son for his bday bc that's all he asked for. Took it home tested it (bc they didn't), comes on but the controller don't work. Ok no big deal right just buy a new controller? Bought a new controller come home try it again nope doesn't load any games. Take it back for the owner to tell his employee to tell me the only thing he will do is exchange for another one & if it doesn't work to bring it back & he'll give us the money back. Well go home, try 3 different games & all 3 new games freeze. Try a DVD, nope samething & it's stuck in the system. Take it back thinking he's going to honor his word. Nope!!! Will not give us the money back for it or do anything to make it right at all. Needless to say we out our money & have a game system that won't work like it's supposed to & an 8yr old boy that will be very upset bc he cannot play his game. I will never ever do business there again nor will I ever recommend anyone to go there. He is not a good business owner at all & I hope this gets around enough that no one else gets screwed like we did.
