      My husband and I (a retired Postal employee after 38 yrs.) used to go to the Michigan office - but since Yolando went out to Tradeport - and since we have had her at both the locations (starting with the Federal Postal Credit Union ( where we used to get Loyalty perks) to now the Priority Credit Union) for over 35 years. We would like you to know that Yolanda is the most proficient, accurate, competent, knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and helpful employee. I see where others have said they don't answer the phone - well she at the Tradeport office does or if you leave a message she will get back to you instantly. Maybe the Michigan office should take lessons from her. We are only giving you a 5 star rating, because of Yolanda - and she needs to be recognized for her JOB WELL DONE! Gerald & Barbara Reimer

      I being a member of this credit union for years and they had always being very competent and responsive. They do not charge for every service like many others do and they are very customer service oriented. All the employees are very Professional but Marie goes the extra mile. She is so knowledgeable and capable. Sometimes four of us can stand online at the same time and she cleans the line so fast that the wait it's minimum plus we all leave with a smile. I love this bank.
