Evan and his team are awesome! They were always available, always answered my questions and kept me informed during the entire loan process. Our 10 day close went smoothly and there were no unpleasant surprises. I appreciated that they were even available on the weekends, as the competitive market made it necessary to get quick answers in order to make quick decisions. Buying a home is never easy, especially when you need financing. Evan and his team did an excellent job keeping me informed and helping me to stay organized and on track with the various tasks I had to complete along the way. Evan is extremely knowledgeable about the constantly evolving loan products on the market and worked really hard to find the exact right loan that would work for me. I hit a few road blocks along the way, but the Priority team was able to quickly pivot with me. Evan was also very up front about what each fee was for and why it was there so that when it came time to sign paperwork, I knew what the final amount would be, no surprises. I would definitely recommend Evan and his team.
