Derek was accurate, EXTREMELY efficient & a true expert in his field. He was always patient & kindly reassuring during a very stressful time for me. He was upfront & truthful....for example, even when a certain financing situation presented that he could have easily used to take advantage of my lack of knowledge/ experience to make money off me of in the future, he counseled me to go with the the better option that would save me money in the future (but did not benefit him). He consistently presented me with honest options that had my best interest in mind at all times. His communication with clients is absolutely exceptional .....I was always wondering if he was ever actually “off work” because he was so readily available to me at all times, no matter what! He took the time to educate me throughout the financing process & never made me feel incompetent despite my lack of knowledge and experience (there was ALOT I didn’t have a clue about & I felt safe trusting Derek). I highly recommend Derek Harris (at Priority Mortgage) for all of your financing/ refinancing needs! I will never use anyone else in the future! A Lager Gahanna, Ohio
