      Even with good credit they don’t show any kinda remorse for your financial situations, they are not willing to help you in any kinda way they just about the same as any other bank useless . I guess you have to be one of those super top tier big money maker to get any kind of help. They have no problem given out your personal information to who ever no confidentiality
