      This bank and branch provide excellent service. I’ve been with them for 3 years now and I’ve recommend it many times. I can always call and be connected with a banker. Very easy online banking. My loan officer is SO helpful and knowledgeable. There’s never a line, the most I’ve waited behind is one person.

      I has always been told to remove the 0 from my account for deposits or payment. An error was caused by doing this while I making a payment to an account and I was charged 2 overdraft fees and I was told it was my mistake. This union is always trying to take money. If it was a mistake then you guys should have understood that and seen that I had the money in the account. My other bank does not punish me for human error I don't feel like a priority there.
