      Great people and competitive products, but the online and app are so behind. Then there are the branch hours. If you actually have a job, don't think you're going to be able to go there in person.

      Thank you for your feedback. The app is in development with a new version expected late 2019. I am sorry you are unhappy with our hours of operation. We do try to accommodate by opening early (7:30 am) and we are open later one evening a week (Tuesdays 5:30 pm). Additionally, we have online banking, mobile banking, mobile deposit, online loan applications and online loan processing with remote document signing options. We are keeping up as best we can with technological demands. Our hope is that our "positives" will keep you a member.
