      Supposed to be open until 8pm, I arrived at 5:36pm and talked to a rude executive that pointed to the ATM and shut the door in my face.

      Very unprofessional; condescending, and rude. If you desire to be talked down to this is the place to go. I went to USbank seeking information about investing money I received from an inheritance. When I told them that I was planning to visit other investment firms before I made a decision, their attitude towards me changed. When I left and was waiting for the elevator, I was standing outside their doors, and could hear them talking about me in a not so nice way. When I told the other firms I had intended on speaking with other firms before I made a decision, they worked hard to sell themselves to me. USbank not so much. They began to treat me like a second-class citizen. It was only a $40,000 investment, but I took it to a firm that treated me like they wanted me. I would give them zero stars if it allowed me to.
