The employees were always professional with me. Never had any problems with them.

These people are horrible even to their employees. The manager Courtney Speaks is very racist and has treated minority employees horrible. Not to mention how bad she talks about the customers to other employees. She should not be in a management position. They pride themselves on repossession so if you get a loan through professional financial be prepared to pay twice or three times what your car is worth and face possible repossession especially if the car is almost paid off and you run into financial hardship.

BEEARE!! My son bought a vehicle financed through this company. He financed $ 17,000 over a 5 year loan . During the first year he paid $14,000 of his loan back then Covid hit. He owed $3,000. They repossessed his truck refused to allow him to pay the remainder and get his truck back! We found out the sold his truck at auction in Columbia recently for a little over $12,000 and owe m son the difference and refuse to speak to him stating their attorney will be I. Touch! All during a global pandemic! Contacting lawyer BBB and EVERYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!
