      The only reason they got one star is because that is the lowest option I have. I could write for days but all I want to say is please, please do not do business with this company, especially this Jackson office. They may seem like your only choice but they are not. At 18% interest my son did not care because he was so excited to purchase his own vehicle in his name but I have never seen a company treat their customers so bad. Ever. This will not be the only place I voice my opinion but I thought it was a good place to start. I am furious.

      I love my CSR Mike....He's great...However I really really hate this company and their policies. If I had known alot of things that I have experienced with this company and I would have financed thru someone else.

      As a professional Insurance Agent I have to say this company is completely unprofessional. The first person that answered had attitude as if me calling was a bother. Common sense should tell him I have no idea how his phone system works or who I need to speak to in what dept. Thats his job to ask questions and transfer me to the right dept.
