      Very bad experience with office . My case was not handled professionally. Lost 100k because my loan was handled by inexperienced person .

      Very bad experience. Definitely not professional. I paid them a lot when I purchased my home at Queens and They didn’t help me when I had to do refinancing, even stopped picking up my phone.

      Dear Mr. Czaban, I am sorry about your review, however, I investigated your complaint and I see that your loan closed with a very attractive interest rate of 2.595%. I think your review pertains to your attempt to refinance your mortgage shortly after closing on your loan. I spoke to your Loan Officer and unfortuantley, the scenario you were requesting did not exist through any of our 35+ lenders that we work with. If the program doesn't exist, we cannot magically create a program for you. In closing, I am sorry that you did not get exactly what you want, however, based upon what I see in your file, we did a great job for you and got you a spectacular rate at the time.
